Terms and Conditions

Shipping

All purchases are shipped both nationally and internationally with a tracked and signed for service using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Transglobal Express. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any additional duties charged by your country. 

Owing to the current situation delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

Returns and refunds

My pots are made with great care and attention to detail with each one being checked prior to shipping. I take extra special care to pack my work in a way which prevents any damage in transit. Upon delivery of your goods, it is your responsibility to inspect each item and any damaged goods should not be signed for. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the item. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in my care.

It’s really important to me that you’re happy with your transaction but if you’re not, please notify me by email to info@nancyfuller.co.uk. Once I have received it, I will be in touch to confirm whether you are eligible for a return. Please do not ship the pot(s) until you have received confirmation of this.

Any pot that is not in its original unused condition, damaged or returned more than 5 working days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

It is imperative to use the original packaging (unless it was damaged in transit) and to always acquire proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost whilst being returned. Until the item reaches me, it remains your responsibility and I suggest using a postal service that will adequately insure you for the value of the items you’re sending. Within the UK, Royal Mail Signed For and Special Delivery Guaranteed services provide compensation, however, most courier services don’t insure pottery for breakages. It is shipped at your own expense and it is expected that you use a similar tracked and signed for service with insurance to the one used to send the pot(s) to you. If your request for a refund is approved, I will credit the cost of your pot (excluding the cost of delivery and any international custom fees if applicable) to the original source of payment.

No exchanges are possible as each pot is unique due to the wood-fired process.

Payment

All payments are made through PayPal and can be made using all major debit and credit cards. Once your order is completed you should receive confirmation by email. You should also receive a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.

Packing

I use a combination of packing materials and aim to use environmentally friendly products where possible. If they are not it is because I’m recycling packaging or a stronger option is required to withstand the weight of the boxes.
